These terms govern QRPrint at qrprint.world. Review them before uploading files or creating a print shop account. The privacy policy explains how data is handled.

What QRPrint provides
QRPrint is a document transfer tool, not a printing business or long-term archive. Printing, prices, deadlines, quality and refunds are agreed directly with the chosen print shop. QRPrint does not guarantee that a shop will accept or print an order.
Your files and permitted use
Upload only files you are entitled to share, with a lawful basis for any personal data they contain. Illegal content, malware, infringement and attempts to disrupt or bypass security are prohibited. You retain your rights; uploading permits only the handling needed to transfer, store temporarily and delete the files.
Accounts and access
Keep login credentials, links and separate file passwords secure. Check the print shop’s name before sending. Without a file password, anyone with an ordinary share link can access it. Shop uploads are restricted to the selected shop’s authenticated account. Password protection is access control, not end-to-end encryption.
Temporary availability
Keep your originals. Ordinary links last 1, 2 or 24 hours; shop uploads last 30 minutes after saving. Access stops at expiry or closure; cleanup is asynchronous and failed deletions are retried. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled. There is no promise of permanent storage or recovery.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every document. It may be limited for maintenance, security or unlawful use. The sender is responsible for lawful sharing; the shop is responsible for its printing and copies. Liability is limited only where applicable law permits; mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable duties remain in force. Revised terms are published here for future use.
Support and data requests
For service issues or requests to access, correct or delete your data, contact support. We may need to verify ownership. Applicable law may grant additional rights, including restrictions, objections and complaints to a supervisory authority. Contact the print shop directly about its copies and printing disputes.
